Solo Structures – Lightweight, Mobile, and Efficient

The Solo structures are based on a single-support frame system, known for its easy assembly and lightweight design. They are the ideal solution for crops requiring quick and straightforward tunnel installation in the field. This system is especially suited when mobility and efficiency are needed – without compromising plant protection.

Available Pipe Diameters:

• Ø40 mm – for lightweight garden and seasonal tunnels

• Ø50.8 mm (2″) – for agricultural tunnels with medium load capacity

• Ø60.3 mm (2 3/8″) – for professional, year-round tunnels offering increased stability

Solo structures are available with various anchoring lengths, depending on soil type and the specific requirements of each crop.

Hoop Steel Options

Two cross-sectional shapes are available for the tunnel frame structures: round and oval.

Round Profile – Common Diameters:

• Ø40 mm – used in lightweight garden tunnels

• Ø50.8 mm (2″) – standard size for medium-sized agricultural tunnels

• Ø60.3 mm (2 3/8″) – used for reinforced, year-round constructions with wider spans

Oval Profile – For Increased Rigidity and Stability:

• 90×40 mm – provides high stability with moderate weight

• 90×50 mm – ideal for industrial tunnels where wind and snow loads are key factors

The choice of pipe shape and diameter depends on:

• the size of the tunnel,

• the expected weather conditions,

• and the type of crops being cultivated.

Construction Options for Polytunnels

Our tunnel structures are available in two arch shapes:

• Round – a classic shape offering even force distribution

• Gothic – optimized for improved drainage of rain and snow, ideal for winter conditions and intensive use

Available Tunnel Widths:
From 6 m to 12 m, depending on the intended use and site conditions.

All structural elements are made from high-quality E370 structural steel, ensuring high load capacity, weather resistance, and long service life under demanding conditions.
